A local building company came together with Marcor Construction; they were in need of a roofing, siding and window install for new a newly constructed home in our area. We provided the future homeowners with samples and options as far color choice and style for their exterior install. After the colors and materials were ordered to their specifications we began the install. The crews were sent out to complete their section of this huge project, the end result is absolutely amazing. This customer came to Marcor Consntruction with a major leak, water was coming into the home destroying the interior. We sent out a repair technichian to evaluate the damage and temporarily repair the issue. After a temporary patch was placed, Marcor's repair technichian and office manager sat down to discuss the best options for this roof. The GACO System seemed like the best option since it does not involve any ripping and replacing. This is a silicone based system with multiple layers; first the roof area must be cleansed with power sprayed GACO wash, the GACO wash is then power washed off the surface of the roof. A layer of GACO primer is rolled on, followed by the roof coating. The GACO product is 100% tax deductible, has a 50 years manufacturers warranty.

This project was completed within a development in Lake Grove, NY. Our company was chosen to complete the roofing and siding for the new homes. We installed Owens Corning roofing and along with all Owens Corning roofing accessories. For the siding we used CertainTeed, a very popular brand with a lifetime warranty for the product.

For this job we installed CertainTeed Cedar Impressions Siding in Sterling Grey. Using Cedar Impressions on this install gave it the customized, original look that the homeowner was going for. CertainTeed was the first to produce siding utilizing a direct transfer system from real cedar boards, shingles and shakes to create natural TrueTexture finishes, which raises this product above all others out there.

Roof replacement in Mastic, NY. We ripped this roof down to the plywood and replaced rotted decking with new plywood. New Owens Corning ProArmor underlayment and Ice & Water Sheild were laid down followed by the brand new shingles. These materials have a limited lifetime warranty backed by Owens Corning. The homeowner was very happy with the new roof, knowing that they will be protected the remainder of this winter any many years to follow!

Marcor teamed up with a local builder to install siding to this newly constructed home in East Islip, NY. The customer went with a Hardee Board in the color charcoal. Marcor Construction also installed the roofing on this home prior to the siding install. These new homeowners were thrilled with the outcome and beautiful results!

Siding replacement in Babylon, NY. To begin we had to demo existing cedar shake siding on home and install new house wrap to the entire home. We installed the homeowners choice of siding, Certainteed Cedar Impressions 7" Straight Siding with all corners and accessories to entire house. On the front 2nd story we installed colored outside corners in the middle of home and the remaining corners were installed in standard white outside corners. A beautiful result, good job Marcor crew!
