This customer came to Marcor Construction in need of siding replacement. Rain and flooding from the mutiple super storms our area has endured within the last few years have left this home with weakened, rotting siding. The homeowners decided it would be in their best interest to have the house lifted to prevent any future flooding. After the lift was completed we were able to rip off the old vinyl siding, repair and replace any damaged wood on the exterior of the home and reinstall brand new CertainTeed Cedar Impressions siding. This product is specifically designed and tested to withstand hurricane force winds and is virtually maitenence free. Aside from the style and design this siding material comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
February 22, 2017: By replacing the old shake and aluminum siding with new vinyl siding we were able to update the look of this older home, giving it a more modern look. The new siding this customer chose was CertainTeed Encore D4 Siding in the color Savannah Wicker, we installed this along with all CertainTeed accesories that are included in the install such as j-channel, soffit and coil. We were able to complete this project in 3 days and our customer was very happy with the new look of his home.
This customer came to Marcor looking to update the worn siding on their home. They enjoyed the overall look of their home, but the product that was orignally installed years ago had lost a lot of its color and definition over time from sun exposure. The new CertainTeed siding that was installed is virtually maintenance free, never needs painting and has a lifetime limited warranty.
This was a job subcontracted to us by a local builder. Materials and details were decided on and ordered with the homeowner before Marcor stepped in. All we had to do was come to the site and install the siding. This was approimately a 3 day project and in that time we were able to rip off all of the old siding and install all brand new insulation and siding followed by soffits, fascia, window caps and door caps. Both the customer and the builder were satisfied, another job well done by the Marcor Siding Crew!
